Protecting the environment and how to do it in little ways.
So, we all know that our Earth, our home planet, and it's environment, in which we have polluted, is in danger. With all of our pollution, the Earth could easily be trashed at any moment. I mean, seriously, we put trash on it! We use non renewable sources, like petroleum, in which we don't necessarily need for what we use it for. We use petroleum for plastic. Plastic bags, well, we don't necessarily need them! We have paper, which is renewable and easier to recycle, and our cloth bags that are reusable and sturdier. Paper, on the other hand, shouldn't really be used, either, because we have our cloth bags. Our trees help keep us alive, and we tear them down for foolish little aparments and condominiums everywhere on this planet. We should find other places for these condos, apartments, strip malls and developments. We need to speak up, and share with everyone who's ignorant and tell them that even one person can make a difference. I mean, look at our global warming issues! They're killing off the penguins and walrus' and seals! The ice is melting worse then usual. We all need to do something about the piles of plastic in our oceans! Even China is trying to make a difference with our world. They have already started banning plastic. There are plenty of other things we could use instead of plastic bottles. Like styrofoam! We could use that. You wouldn't be able to see in the bottle, but who cares? We need to make a lot of changes so we don't kill our planet. So if paper bags cost money to make, then why make them? Buy the 99c cloth bags at any store like Harris Teeter, Bi-lo, Earth Fare, and Trader Joes. Some stores give you discounts when you use them! I mean, it's as easy as that. Now let's all go out and protect this planet, because it's the only one we'll ever get.
