First Step for the Solution to Global Warming

I solve disasters= my solutions are, fast flood relief plan= results to delete floods fast/safe and forever where implemented. Next storm comes through= implemented areas no floods ever. RIVER FLOODS= deleted permanently. Wildfire containment in 96 hours, = wildfires = all fire and smoke put out at same time without water or chemicals. All solutions have be proven by water emergency planning departments and fire departments. And immediately implemented in various cities. These solutions are for sale for $35,000.00 each. Almost all proceeds will go for my global warming solution in which will take 12 specific countries. These specific countries, I will need their government's full authorization to use what land my project will need from beginning of project to end of project. These countries I will extract a natural mineral and place in quantity in certain locations around the world to return nature back to normal naturally. In return for these specific countries they will get fresh water in various locations for 100 years.

Also I will hire each countries people to help their economy out, plus food availability, more dry land and deletion of excessive heat. Now 4 nations that donate and or buy the highest amount towards my global warming plan will have a choice to build another project estimated at $1.9 trillion for whole planet at 60%to each of 4 nations and 40% towards global warming. to start my global warming solution.== each nation must get barrages, underwater equipment, nets and divers and suck up the loose sand 150 feet from shore to 3 miles. Nets are to protect divers from predators. Put sand in barges and screen it then put a good layer on all beaches and the rest inland. Don't suck sand in rocky, corral areas or within 15 feet of boulders, just mark these areas.

  Testing: take 3 buckets, fill 2 buckets with 1/4 water each and 3rd bucket with 1/4 sand, make sure all buckets are equally filled, now mark each bucket. Now pour the sand in 1 bucket of water and place the other bucket next to the bucket of sand and water. By taking the loose sand out of ocean each nation will be lowering the level of the ocean and by putting the sand on all beaches; it will raise the land for the melting glaciers. It will take longer for ocean to engulf your nation's dry land. Now when I have enough funds to start my global warming solution project and after 2 years into project.

All nations that have finished the first part of global project will notice they received much more property and the nations that ignored this part of the global warming project won't have more anything. Global warming is also causing all life's attitudes to be a little off in rationality. in other words in people, animals + its throwing off their attitudes, like cats and rats getting along or wars because of indifference, like someone believes in one religion and another believes in their religion, but one of them wants to push their thoughts of their religion on others, soon you have a war over indifference, whereas if their wasn't any global warming problems, there wouldn't be any need for war or indifference. Then icebergs started showing on the high seas as big as the state of Rhode Island.
