Global Warming Action
There are many things that start global warming, such as light pollution, carbon dioxide emissions, and other things. This means there are many ways to help stop global warming, I thought a long time about what I could do to help stop global warming. I knew that it wouldn't make a big difference but at least it helps. These are the things I thought of.
Since global warming if started by many things, I realized that if I did a little bit of everything to help stop global warming it would be easy. First of all I thought about how cars emit a lot of carbon dioxide, and since that is the number 1 cause of global warming I could start there. So this is what me and my entire family did, we used the car less often and went to the store once or twice a week to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. That is the first thing I did. The second thing I thought about is how lights and using electricity also contributes to global warming. So to help stop global warming by reducing the use of electricity I used the lights less often and opened up the windows. We also bought florescent light bulbs to help reduce the use of energy (which also saves us money).The last thing I did is replace out windows, we installed new double pane windows witch will help reduce the energy we use. These are the things I did to help stop global warming.
There are also many things I want to do to help stop global warming. These may take a while but it's worth it. First of all I want to start recycling to help reduce waste which ultimately helps stop global warming. Another thing I want to plant a few trees to help keep the oxygen cleaner. Also this makes the Earth look nicer. An easy thing I can do is use city transportation with reducing greenhouse emissions dramatically. But the hardest thing I want to do is make other people to help the Earth. Just doing one eco-friendly thing a day can help a lot.
These are the things I did and plan to do to help stop global warming. As you can see most of these things are little changes that anyone can do. I hope you will also help the Earth. Remember if everyone does a little to help it can make a big difference.
