Even though to set out about your life's plans is a great step to success, yet it does not guarantee success. Victory is not declared at the beginning of any game, but at the end. So to start anything in life is a thing while to finish is another thing.
As impressively as one may embark on anything in life, business, academic, career, ministry, etc, it takes the persistent to make it to the end. Persistence is an element of man's mind, and it suggests that difficulties are out there.
However, the persistent is one that is not easily afraid of the dangers. One that is not easily moved by contrary circumstances. One that is not easily faint in his spirit. One that is not easily discouraged. One that understands that life is like a battle field, where any serious person should put on a battle- ready mind every day. One that is not ready to take “no”for answer. One that failure is never part of his vocabulary. But one that is ready to fight for himself until he gets to his place in destiny. Be persistent!
