It is very interesting that we carry over the worries of yesterday into today. This is the habit of our lives here in America. We worry for things that we can change. We worry over things that we can't do anything about. We worry over things that have nothing to do with us. We worry for our future. We worry about our past. We worry what people think of us. Then we wake up and do it all again tomorrow.
How do we stop all this worrying when it is ingrained in our nature to do so? Well, one way that worry can be dominated is by action. If you can change it. Then change it right now. Not later, but right now do what you want to do to make the situation right. If you feel you can't do anything about the situation, then talk to someone who can. If the worry is something that has nothing to do with you, then pray for whoever it is in that situation.
The way to stop worrying about the future is to take effective, planned action today. Don't get up from writing a plan without taking the first action immediately. When worried for the past. Mediate on the future. If worried how people think of you, then imagine people speaking the best of you. Sit down, close your eyes and visualize people saying the best things about you and to you. Then wake up and do it all again tomorrow.
Take these actions and change your life. I know that they are changing mine.
nice advice, thanks..
