Coping with a Break-Up

The art of coping with a break-up lies in one's response to the shock.

Frankly, it's one's ego that is broken more than the heart.

What did i do to deserve this? It is pure heart-hurt. If it had been all about your heart, would you have said "how unfortunate, but what the hell, there's a lot more love to give than to lose", or something like that.

It's the head that answers back at breakups with the question mark.

Coping with a breakup requires more of head and sanity management than the heart healing. The heart is powerful muscle. It's primarily responsible for keeping the rest of our body parts functioning.

The art and sophistication of coping rests on the fact that the heart has a lot more love to give than what it has lost.

coping with the break is really hard, it's takes time to heal the wound but when you already recover, you just find yourself stronger and making the morning after with puffy eyes less frequent.

for me, dealing with the bad break up is quiet hard, it's very difficult especially when you really love the person who breaks your heart, then you give everything to him.. to ease the pain/ suffering you will just reminisce and say at lease you did your best to make your relationship work and it's not you lost it's his lost..maybe in the right time in the right place you will find Mr. Right who will love you forever!!! be positive and strong...maybe, who knows after the break-up, somewhere out there Mr.Right is waiting for you..

As you said, the heart has a huge capacity - for some of us anyway. Others it is just an organ.

Break-ups are never easy--but, when you think about it, if someone breaks your heart then they are probably not the right person for you. At the time, though, if can be hard to tell yourself that.
