Attraction is an initial reaction of two people, especially man and woman who wanted to connect with each other. There are attractions that only happen from one side. Like a man who got a crush on a certain very attractive, sexy and beautiful girl. An attraction creates havoc inside our heart, give a flip and butterfly that will flutter our stomach. At least to me, it will. When I want to date a guy in a regular basis, there should be an attraction from both sides.

When we're attracted to some things, it is our decision to fight between- "are you going to get it or let your desire subsides". If a man is attracted to a particular woman, either he will approach her or just keep dreaming in which become his fantasies and woes. In our society today, men and women are keeping their body in a good shape in order to become attractive. Hollywood's stars are keeping their body fit, sexy, masculine and really downright attractive. It's their life, it's their ways and it's their way to become one.
How to make yourself attractive? There are ways to become one. You don't have to undergo operation to have a knock-out-look. The essential ingredients to become attractive will depend on your ability to carry yourself and the way you drive your life towards your goal. Here's how:
- Put on your best smile. Your smile can make a difference. It is your best weapon to hit the road everyday. Nobody wants to see you frowning. Everyone wants to see your smile. Mostly, if you interviewed man and woman who got married and ask them what makes them tick to each other, they will have the same answer. Smile.
- Be grateful. There are many things to thank God about your life. Being grateful and thankful makes you attractive. Your attitude towards the universe will make you one.
- Exercise. If you're way big, you can adjust it. Exercise is the way to get fit. Attractiveness will work for you if you work out for it. Your goal is to make yourself attractive, so the best thing that you can do- Exercise.
- Attitude. When you go out on a date for instance, your attitude towards the person will make a difference. It will give her or him an impact of who you are. Confidence, stamina and your spirit towards life will make her or him ask you for a second date.
