How to Keep a Happy Upbeat Attitude All Day and Enjoy Every Moment of It

Achieve perfect serenity by taking time out every day. Discover that the more you please yourself, the more you please others around you. You are unique: take the powerful destiny of your immortal timeless soul in hand today. Never look back.

Could it really be possible? Well, let us aim for an 85% success rate to begin with, and then you can gradually work on improving yourself from there on, ok?!

So what is the first step? Amazingly, I want to suggest that the main reason you feel frustrated, anxious or angry in any one day, is because you lack absolute self confidence in yourself! What do I mean by that? You haven't really taken the time to spend time alone with yourself and notice how absolutely wonderful you are! Seriously!

Now the easiest and best time in a day to be alone with yourself is to take a half hour bath. Because you can shut the door on the outside world, shut everyone and all your cares out, and be alone with your naked self, enjoying a little serenity and peace. As you shut the door, be aware you are shutting the world and its immediate pressing problems out, and you are shutting the immortal, timeless you who will in some state exist forever, in!

Dwell on this concept! As you become more in tune with the immortal timeless you, you will become ever more serene, balanced, carefree and fabulously happy! It really is true because it has happened for me and I am 36 years. Pamper yourself in this special magic half hour: experiment with fragrances, oils, incense, lighting, a pillow, reading or listening to music, but best of all, breathe deep, lie back, wiggle your toes and relax bigtime! Let your skin go all wrinkly!

Behold, I am wonderfully and fearfully made!

I want you to hold that statement ever in your front of mind and to dwell on the truth of those words in this special time of cleansing and peace. Because truly you are cleansing your soul, not just your body! And a clean soul soars to heaven, untroubled by temporal affairs! So you lead this heavenwards life here on earth daily! As you make a rigid habit of setting aside and enjoying this special "Me Time" you will notice week by week it takes longer and longer before you feel grumpy and battered by woe!

Keep completely serene 24 hours and you've done it! Of course, ideally you should aim to enjoy this special time just twelve hours apart, say at 7am morning and 7pm evening for the very best effect possible. The putting off of the day self and on with the night self and vice versa! You deserve to take time over yourself! Because, believe it or not, and I have found this to be absolutely true: the more time you give yourself, the better quality the time you give others! Think about this!

You approach people with calm, balance, control, serenity, in a state of deep spiritual healing and harmony. That half hour soaking regains your composure, let the worries soak away and as you pull the plug, let them tumble down the drain with the water! Hydrotherapy! So now you have a constant state of twelve hours between being alone with the wonderful you!

Yes, who is like you? You are totally unique! Special. Demand more for yourself in life: better salary, better living, better food, more mineral water, more fruit. As you drink water give thanks to the great life force for your being. Be calm. Of what are you afraid? Lions?

See, things aren't so bad! Sleep deeply and well. Enjoy your new day! It is good, do you feel it? Unto each day, sufficient its own evil! Let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Soon each situation you face will naturally diffuse and you will feel no wrath. Just mercy and thankfulness. That is wonderful and so are you!

Take time out to think on your strengths and weaknesses. Don't block thoughs or feelings, let all flow naturally. Prepare to be shocked by yourself as something you have bottled up inside for many years comes to light and then diffuses. Ask yourself "How do I feel about this?" "How do I feel about how I feel about this?" Be your own counsellor, your own best friend and once for all, accept yourself and quit beating yourself up.

After all, if not you, then who?

Practice makes perfect (I teach piano, believe me it does, enough of it) and you are perfect! Who says you are not? I say you are. Yes. You want to argue with me? Go away, bathe lovingly twice a day for six months, enjoy yourself, eat the foods you really like, drink water, play. Come back to me then and see how you feel? You are perfect. You have always been perfect.

That is why I say shut the door on the world: it is only outside influences that could ever pollute your thinking to the point that you doubt your own perfection. You are you, unique. If unique, then also perfect. It is an absolute equation. To be unique is to be perfect. Relax! You don't have to tell anyone! But believe me, they will notice a big change in you soon!

You will enjoy people coming to you to help solve their problems because they will perceive a new deeply spiritual quality within you that has always been there, your birthright, but now newly released! Release the creative living you! Please yourself and you will find, surprisingly that others around you will be pleased!

Because as you accept yourself deeper and deeper, you will be far less tense, much easier to get along with. Unleash the perfect you: everyone can relax in your presence and the magic of life shall then begin! And six months up the highway, I want you to tell me how you've changed! Bon voyage!
