First
When you wake up in the morning, you always want something positive in your sensory availability. For example, you could put a smiley face poster on your ceiling, so that every time you wake up, that's the first thing you see. One other thing is, to have an alarm clock that plays CD's as one of its alarm options. This allows you to hear your favorite piece of music every time you wake up, thus bringing a positive state of mind from the beginning. Right now, try to think of something that you would enjoy waking up to every morning.
This is extremely important, because the beginning of your day is the blueprint for your entire day. Of course, you're probably thinking, "Well, duh! Of course I already know that!" Well, you're right. Of course you already know, but our tendencies in a working society such as this are typically negative. When we wake up, and when we go about our daily routines, we are introduced to several things that almost intentionally bring us down. So, remaining consistent with a positive daily routine can be difficult for many people.
For example, if one wakes to a harsh buzzing, the average mind will fall under the influence of this negativity, and will bring more negative experiences into his or her life because of this negative idea that has been instilled into the mind. On the other hand, if you were to awaken to Beethoven's 9th symphony, your mind would be, as it should always be, ready to face the day with a positive expectation and therefore a positive outcome. It has been proven time and time again, in my own experience, in my friends' experiences and in life all around the world, that the beginning of the day outlines the content of that entire day.
Second
The most important part that must be consistent throughout your day, is what I call your loving conscience. This is something that most people aren't able to maintain for more than a very brief period of time, and usually during the intimacies of the night. My definition for this term is quite simple. Your loving conscience is when you are aware of what or who you are giving love to. First let's go over the misunderstood term, love.
When most people think of love, they have this man-made concept enter their mind, such as 'love at first sight' or other romantic terms that are too commonly appreciated in this world. The truth I've found, is that love is a very broad term, that applies to literally everything we do in our lives. Love is the binding force of the entire universe to be exact. Quite simply, our universe, in fact, all existence, is made of one common force, energy. Our bodies, thoughts, feelings, food, and our Earth is all composed of energy. Before life, there was just this one simple universe, one plane on which energy could thrive. Now, at this point in time, we have the mind, which is, in a way, a universe of its own. The mind can control and potentially manipulate energy to its liking. Unfortunately, some people misuse this gift for their own gratitude, and those people often find themselves feeling alone and unwanted by people. So, back to the definition of love. Love is the way in which we use our energy. Every thought we have has an orientation, and this orientation is the person or thing we are loving. Love can have a positive or negative orientation as well, but I encourage you to always maintain positive energy when available. So, in this context, when you ask your bus driver how he is doing, and earnestly mean well, you are giving love to him. When you eat a food that you enjoy, you are giving love to yourself, and of course late at night when you are alone with your loved one, you are hopefully giving love to them as well.
The goal of this is to treat your love like a variable. Remember in algebra, what a variable is? (Such as the variable 'X'). If you don't know what this means, look it up in a dictionary! So, you shouldn't always be giving attention to just one thing, as most people do without even knowing it! The truth is, our society is full of media that encourages us to idolize. We idolize money, celebrities, sex, violence, and way too many other things. Your job is to consciously erase any traces of this sort of mindset. Of course, you can't do this over night, but just slowly allow your attention to drift occasionally, so that you are not too focused for too long. Of course, it's good to focus on successful things, but moderation is necessary in anything you are focusing on.
But, if that small amount of energy is always negative, it will end result in them having a bad day. Them giving off negative energy, and so forth. It will be a endless cycle of bad energy. Therefore making it a bad place.
As to if you do something good, it might just make them happy to pass on something good.
Just some things I've noticed.
