Learn to Love What You’ve Got

Learn to love what you’ve got.

Take a good, long look in the mirror.

Most of the women on the show admit they avoid full-length mirrors, but the fact is, you need to take a good, realistic look at every inch of your body. We bet you'll find it's not as bad as you think.

Make a “fabulous” list.

“Start each day with the reminder that, yes, you are beautiful,” says Carson. “List all the gorgeous things in your body on Post-it notes and stick one on your bathroom mirror each morning.”

Break a sweat.

Find an activity you love and do it. You'll not only get a “happy” buzz from endorphins but you'll also start to appreciate your body for the physical things it can do.

Clean your house naked.

“Next time you buff your floors, try it in the buff,” suggests Carson. “Doing simple everyday things around the house whilst au naturel is a great trick to get you comfy with the real you. Just be sure to close the blinds.

Hit the lingerie store.

Wearing the proper foundation garments can instantly lift and reshape your figure, making you look trim and shapely. Plus, pretty lingerie just makes you feel sexy.

Indulge yourself.

“Take five to celebrate womanhood,” says Carson. “Do anything that makes you feel sexy and worth it-like a day at the spa. A cheap and easy manicure will get the job done too.”

Drape yourself in a different light.

Candlelight is truly the most flattering light. Take a bath in a candlelit bathroom, or try lighting several candles around the room before a night with your guy.

Stand up straight.

“Pose and posture are 99 percent of looking the part,” says Carson. “Shoulders back, chin up, and smile!”
