Entered you classroom then feel the stare of your new classmates at the start of a school year, or perhaps go to work and get annoyed with the gossip queen's eyes prying at you?

Find a comfortable place or seat . Breathe in and out while counting from 1 - 10. Definitely ,no one should notice you doing it. Cross your legs in a way that will not seem arrogant ; this will help block the negative chi coming your way. Think of happy thoughts to create a happy aura. You see, people do have auras depending on their mood at a particular time and place.
Being ridiculed and hearing comments thrown at you by your boss or co-workers ? Classmates bullying you in class?
Sit comfortably while concentrating on your breathing. As you get affected , your heartbeat starts to pump up faster and faster until it stresses you out and give way to anger. Make sure that you breathe in and out slowly and calmly. Cross both arms and legs to your front. Do not tighten your position loosen up while sitted . The crossing of your legs and arms will enable you to shield yourself from the negativity around you and make you immune to their comments. What is better is that shielding yourself makes all the negativity bounce back to them.
