Decision making is an important element in our daily lives; it will spoil or make our day. The following are pointers to make the best decision possible.
Organize Work
There are actually two ways in organizing your work: One is on the basis of the people involved; second is by the nature of the problems. When solving a problem let everyone concern get involve and help. There are things that other people see that you cannot.
Decision-making has to do with knowing how you would handle many problems effectively and efficiently. Individual concern can be solved by problem solving. Understand what you are dealing with and then from all the angles gather all the information that you can get. All the variables related to the problem should be analyzed and recognize the need to look for all possible sources coming to conclusion.
Prioritize Work
One of the fundamentals in organizing work is to prioritize them by doing the most important things first and leave the less important things later. Start off visualizing the end result by working in order of importance rather than in order it was assigned or given to you.

Understand Your Decision
Understand exactly what you are dealing with and brainstorm with others. Study the causes of the problem - this will help you effectively solve it. Then you choose the best decision and chart your plan. You will soon notice and realize that looking at a problem from a different angle gives you more insight in solving the case.
Allow Other People to Help You
It is wise to decide with your own judgment and knowledge but even better if you get opinions from others before finalizing your thoughts and decision. Mix the information that you can get from other people with your own and then summarize them. Remember the saying “Two heads are better than one,” it is kind an old but still true.

Visualize Ahead
Before implementing the solution to the problem with the decision you just made - imagine the situation that will occur with your decision. You must be able to think big and ahead on what is going to be the outcome of the decision you made. Visualizing is a mixture of intelligence and wise decision.
Never make your plan of action too complicated, try to make it as simple as possible otherwise it will not be carried out. The final stage is to be able to carry out your decision. Act based on the plan of action that you have drawn out and keep a record of how you solved them.
Trust your mind and ability and do what the rich and powerful do.
