Anyone can achieve success, but it normally takes time. Also, it is important to know what you want out of life and be prepared to go after it. Do not be afraid to pursue your dreams, and do not sit back and let life pass you by. You must be persistent and remain motivated. There are so many opportunities in this world today. I honestly believe that a person can be anything that he or she wants to be. It is definitely possible to achieve your dreams if you set your mind to it, work hard, and do not let fear get in your way.

Decide What you Want to do in Life
before you can began pursuing your dreams, you need to sit down and carefully think about what it is you want to do with your life. Ask yourself the following questions: What are your interests, skills, likes and dislikes? What kind of jobs interests you? What could you see yourself doing five or ten years from now? Do you want to attend college? Do you want to travel or stay in one location? Do you like variety and flexibility or a routine schedule? Do you want to work with people or work alone? These are the types of questions you can ask yourself when determining a career for yourself.Set Goals and Stick to Them
Write down a list of goals and list the steps that it will take to reach those goals. Estimate a date when you plan to complete the goals as well. Keep in mind that you should list goals that interest you and that you are truly willing to work towards. In other words, be realistic! Network-Talk to Other People with Similar Goals
Or talk to people that are already established in that field. For example, if you are planning to become a nurse, speak with other nurses about their career. Also, read books, magazines and conduct research on the Internet. If your career choice will involve obtaining a college degree, then you can speak with a college counselor or advisor as well. Colleges and universities offer an abundance of career counseling services for students and prospective students. Stay Focused
Try to stay focused on your goals. Even if negative things or people try to get in your way, you should try to remain focused at all times. Whatever you do, please do not give up.
