Drawing on my experience, I'm convinced that the secret of high-energy is, not having much energy to apply to a task so as to say, but rather that all our energies focus and flow in the same direction.
Did you ever try to apply yourself to a task about which you had reservations? How did it go? Probably, you dragged yourself all the way through, you found mental blocks, it might have given you a headache and you might have had to push yourself forward all the time.
Instead, did you ever do some task about which you were 100 per cent positive? How did it go? Probably, you did it faster and better than ever before, time run quicker than usual and, in the end, you were still very excited and energetic.
This is what I mean: if you resolve your inner conflicts, assuming that you would have one, and are totally positive with regards to achieving some outcome, your energies will flow forward like never before. You might even not get tired, but you will notice the high level of energy running.
So, the secret of high energy is being able to avoid having any energies running against you and, instead, having all energies running towards your goal.
A question could be asked on how to make our energies run forward. There are many things you can do: re-examine your motivation to do whatever that matters to you and find out what is going against you. Then work it out. Exercise your options and be clear about your goals. This is the most important element of it.
Additionally, you can use self-hypnosis, which works great and is cheap and easy to use and gives you the added bonus of relaxation. I would recommend you any of the Glenn Harrold recordings.
You can also use subliminal recordings which require no effort of use, they just get played in the background, but require that you have a commitment to its goals.
