Tips for a Better Sleep

Some tips for a better sleep at night.

Sleep is the best time in our habitual. We all need sleep when we are exhausted. We can not separate sleep from our habitual. We must sleep after a long activity that we do in the morning until evening.

We spend 1/3 our life for sleeping. And sleep is the most comfortable that we can get by free. So it is not confusing why there are many people that like to sleep.

Unfortunately, not all of people can sleep well in the night. It is really annoying when we can not sleep at night. It is not because of the mosquitoes that fly through us, and it is also not because of our office work that make us can not sleep well.

Don't let you sleep time decrease, because that thing can effect to your stamina and your health. So, you must sleep well between 7-9 hours per day to keep yourself fit tomorrow.

There are some tips to make you feel sleepy at night:

Sleep at a comfortable place

One of the sleep problems is because of your bed that is not comfort enough to make your body feel sleepy. So it is good to fine a comfortable bed, so you can sleep well at the night

Your room ventilation

If you sleep at a room that does not have an air circulation such as ventilation and windows, you will feel exhausted and dizzy. The best way to solve this problem is to add some windows or ventilation at your bedroom.

Turn off your lamp

Turn off your lamp before you sleep or at least make your lamp darker 30 minutes before your sleep. This will help you to make you feel sleepy.

Find a calm place to sleep

Noise can disturb your sleep at night. So it is better to sleep at a room that free from noise.

Don't eat or drink to much before you sleep

It is better not to drink or eat much before you sleep, because if you eat or drink to much, you will wake at midnight to go to the toilet until a couple times. And of course, it will disturb your sleep at the night.

Take a bath with warm water

Before you go to sleep, try to make your body clean and fresh. So try to take a bath before you go to sleep, because it makes your muscle relax.

Let your body feel sleepy

Sleepy can not be forced to come quick. Let your body feel it, do not force it or control your sleep because you can not control it. Try to read a book at night.

Read books

You can become sleepy when you read some books at night before you sleep. This will make your eyes tired and when it is tired, you will feel sleepy.
