You Have No Limitations

You can make all your dreams a reality.

It is important everyday to take some time to really consciously work on your self development and growth. Whether you simply take a planned period of time to sit and reflect about your day or your life or whether you utilize your time in a more planned specific manner, doing something to better your self development is vitally important to the happiness, success and joy you will ultimately experience.

Some great ways to help further your development is to ask yourself some very important questions. These questions follow:

  1. If you had no limitations, what would you do right now with your life?
  2. If someone handed you $1 million dollars, what would you do right now with that money?
  3. Think about your ideal life. What can you do today to create the ideal life of your dreams?
  4. What would you change right now about your life if you did not care about what anyone thought?
  5. What things in life are most important to you?
  6. Where do you see yourself in five years?
  7. What are your most important values?
  8. Do you want to be independently wealthy? If so, are you taking the steps to ensure that you are (i.e., being frugal, keeping a budget, researching investment opportunities)?
  9. Do you know what your goals, dreams and visions are?
  10. Do you create action lists on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis?
  11. Do you exercise at least 3-4 times a week?
  12. What are your favorite exercise activities?
  13. Do you take vitamins and/or herbal supplements?

These are just a few important questions that will help you get a clearer picture of what you really want in your life. When you have a clearer picture in your mind you have a better idea of how to move forward toward reaching your goals. The clearer the picture, the more attainable it becomes.

Ask yourself every question that will help outline and detail every thought, every aspect of your ideal dream life. The more you do this, the more that you will find the life of your dreams will begin to unfold before your eyes. And, questions 11 and 12 are purposely included to remind your health is of utmost importance and cannot be forgotten about. You must always factor it into whatever you decide to do in your life.

An excellent starting point, guide list, self-inventory assessment and road map for self-fulfillment. Well done, as usual.

I really appreciate this. Sometimes it's so easy to see your dreams and your ideals slipping away, especially if you've lived a hard life. My dream is to make a living as a novelist, and to actively promote literacy (which includes moving people away from the television for a while). This article gave me a little more incentive to stay the course, and to keep healthy enough to do so.

All the best,
Jason

If it were not for the dreamers of the world, reality would be lifeless.
