Do you seem to be mad at everything all the time? Every little thing is annoying to you? I know how you feel! There are a lot of things out there that piss me off too! I wanted to give you some ideas of ways to NOT get pissed off at the world every time something goes wrong, or someone pisses you off!
- Take a deep breath and picture a monkey picking it's nose.
- Do Yoga in your underwear.
- Take a break and rub your hands together and chant....wooosaaahh.
- If you are in a public place, go to a dressing room, and vent all your problems to yourself in the mirror.
****when you come out and everyone is looking at you funny, ask them what with a "your stupid" look on your face***
- If you are at a party shit on the coats****Don't tell anyone***just sit back and wait
*****some of you will know exactly what I'm talking about*** others watch or listen to Dane Cook**** - Talk to your imaginary friend.
- Yes it's okay to have an imaginary friend!!!
- Imagine your Grandma rollerblading holding hands with a monkey picking it's butt!
- Imagine you are in a heist......You can even act this one out!!!!
- Remember the key to using these effectively is to actually picture yourself doing these things! It is funnier if you put yourself in the moment! The only thing I ask you not to do is daydream about any butt picking monkeys or Grandma's on rollerblades or any other visionary while you are driving...as this may be dangerous for your health!!!!
