Bad Breakup Turns Cannibalistic

How could a simple breakup get any worse? One person loses their life and the other, their freedom.

Christopher McCuin shocked police by dialing 911 and reporting himself for an unbelievable crime: he had killed his girlfriend Jana Shearer and cooking her. Police were immediately dispatched to the Tyler, Texas home he shared with Shearer and after a brief stand-off with police McCuin gave himself up to police officers.

Upon entering the residence, officers found an ear cooking in a skillet and raw flesh on a plate on the table with a fork in it. At this time it is unclear whether he ate any of the flesh, was going to or was just stabbing the flesh in anger.

This is not the first time McCuin has been arrested; back in November 2007 he was charged with a felony for obstruction or retaliation and evading arrest. In addition, McCuin plead guilty back in 2003 for assault with a deadly weapon and served 3 years in prison for the crime.

At this time, McCuin is charged with capital murder and is being held on a $2 million dollar bond. He is also claiming that God told him to do it according to authorities. Obviously he is smart enough to come up with something so he can claim insanity or there is a possibility that he suffers from schizophrenia, which could cause him to hear voices. If McCuin is in fact schizophrenic, than he needs to serve his future prison sentence in a mental institution.

It is important to note here that God never tells people to kill others. God does not work that way, it is more likely that the voice, if there was in fact a voice, McCuin heard was not God, but Satan. Evil thoughts come from Satan, nothing evil ever comes from God.
