Leesburg, Alabama resident Gary Steven Vasiloff, age 51 was sentenced by the United States District Court to serve a total of 325 years in prison after being indicted on 21 counts of producing child pornography in August 2007. The photos were of a female child, age 14, they were taking while the child was under the influence of alcohol, which was provided by Vasiloff; the photos were considered lewd and lascivious.
Vasiloff plead guilty to the charges against him for taking the photos at a home in Cherokee County, AL. between the dates of June 23, 2006 to August 14, 2006. Vasiloff was taken into custody in August 2007 after a detention hearing and has remain in police custody ever since.
