There has to be something done about Rapists. If a convicted felon has been found guilty of Rape without a doubt, they should have a bracelet attached on their wrist for location purposes. This should be done before, either leaving a Police station or Jail.
The Public also has a right to know how to protect themselves or their children from felons. The best place to put a Tattoo is on
a rapist's nose so that the public can be aware of their potential neighbor, and to allow Children to be aware of these criminals. There are more child rapists and they must be stopped. When an innocent victim is molested, they may suffer for the rest of their lives or worse. It is about time for the public to know and be allowed to view a rapist and even if that means that the rapist's life may be at risk, after all they should not of committed the crime in the first place so now the criminal may become the victim and live a life of embarrassment. We are not here to protect a rapist but to protect a potential innocent victim. The law needs to get tough and stop protecting the lives of rapists.
