Schools are a major concern for law enforcement authorities; now, even educational institutions have been infiltrated with drugs, violence and also some crime. There are ways to counter these predicaments but the police should have partners in working towards cleaner and more disciplined schools.

Some of the worst killers and rapists have been caught using such means as fingerprinting, DNA and ballistics. For many years bike gangs ran many parts of Canada until the early to late 90's when the biker wars started breaking out literally in every major city. When it was all said and done only a few clubs remained. Here's a list of five bike gangs that are still active in Canada.
