Euthanasia is a practice of killing a patient painlessly, when someone is in pain or in a vegetated form. This should be allowed if he or herself, or their family members request it, since it is illogical to keep on paying for the machine fees and having to take care of them. Of course, it might be hard to accept death of someone who is close to you, but people in great pain or in a coma probably feel that it is better for them to move on and not “bother” the family members. Euthanasia should be allowed for those reasons.
Many people have complained that killing a patient is the choice of God. Well, isn't reviving a person who died the God-like thing to do? How can killing someone be the act of god, while resurrecting someone isn't? Also, many family members feel that watching their close ones in great pain can be more heartbreaking than see them die. Why not give them a choice to do something like this? How can people deny them rights?
I strongly believe that euthanasia should be permitted. It is a right that everyone should be allowed to have, and if they don't want it, just deny it. Euthanasia isn't an act of god nor is it an act of the devil. It is what doctors and their family members decide and do.
I am not religious, but surely reviving someone is against the will of god, if it was there time to die? I don't understand religious views like that!
