I lost my first husband when I was 26, which left me with three very young children to raise on my own. I lost my Dad, paternal Grandfather and maternal Grandmother all within a three year period when in my 30's. Two of those deaths were caused by terminal illnesses and the other two by quite unexpected accidents. In all cases, death has taught me much about life.
- Love may not conquer all but it certainly does master all.
- Never miss an opportunity to tell someone how great they have made your life.
- Be secure in who you are independently but exhilarate in who you become when in the company of someone you love.
- Instead of wishing away that annoying little habit your loved one clings to smile secretly knowing you will miss it terribly should the day come they aren't around.
- Don't wait to kiss and make up.
- Taking a few moments to make someone's day is time well spent.
- Observing the world from other's perspectives in addition to your own makes our one time tour on earth all the more enjoyable.
