Terrorism Inside Three Banks in America

(contd.)

“What's the number of your corporate office?' I asked.

“I don't know,” he answered.

Immediately, I dialed Utah via my cellular phone.

“I need you to release my money. I do not have money for food. I am hungry and I'm disabled. I'm homeless so the money is for housing,” I said.

“I will not,” said the female employee.

While I was on the phone with Utah, the security guard marched towards me, and began to propel me towards the revolving doors. I felt that I had no choice but to follow him. I saw terror in his eyes. When we reached the revolving doors, he pushed and shoved me outside the bank.

“Here you go. No one would accuse me of anything because the cameras won't capture it,” said the security guard.

I suffered assault on my head at JPMC. Plus, my head hit one of the revolving doors during the assault. Immediately, I reached for my cellular and dialed Detroit Police via 911.

“Ma'am, we can't arrest him but you have the right to proceed civilly in court.”

“He shoved me out of the door, and assaulted me. They have refused to give me a dime. I have $1,100.00 in my checking account.”

“Call their corporate office.”

The following day, I received treatment at Providence Hospital in Detroit for my head injuries because of the acts of discrimination, obsession, and terrorism that I suffered inside one of the branch offices at JPMC.

“You have a concoction on your head.” said one of the physicians at Providence Hospital.

Afterwards, I telephoned their corporate office in New York. The corporate office ordered the branch office in Detroit to give me my money, and close my account. Thus and thus, I suffered more acts of discrimination at JPMC because the corporate office made a conscious decision not to conduct business with a disabled woman. I might add that JPMC trades their stocks publicly with NYSE. The question begs the question. Why did JPMC resort to terrorism? Is the defense attorney for Domino's Pizza's the instigator of terrorism? I can't fathom why Utah came into the picture after my telephone conversation with the defense attorney of Domino's Pizza. I will be addressing the lawsuit against Domino's pizza in detail in my book called “Defense Attorneys called the shots” and an article, “Discrimination inside three restaurants in America (DTRA).” During this time, I will spell out the curse word that I stomached at the hands of the employees of Domino's Pizza (DP) in the state of Washington.

In November 2006, I opened a checking account with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in Greensboro, North Carolina. I acquired a business venture as an Independent contractor with Nathan's Foundation. I was also in Greensboro for another civil lawsuit that I filed against BB&T Corporation for the acts of discrimination, obsession, and terrorism that occurred in Maryland.

In any event, I deposited $4,600.00 into my checking account with RBC. It's the money that I received as an independent contractor. Again, I met with my personal banker.

“How long will it take for this check to clear?”

“It should not take long. I recognize the bank that it's coming from. It shouldn't take more than five business days,” he said.

“Thank you very much. I am an independent contractor. I will be using the money to help poor families.”

“It's in your name so it's your money.”

“I only get ten percent of it. The more checks that I process, the more money I will make. I will be hiring three or four people to help me with wire transfer via RBC, telephone, or online to families in America. I will be monitoring the activities online. I only come into banks to open accounts because of my physical disability. I will also come inside the bank to deposit the check from Nathan's Organization for my independent contract business. I do not want to fall down.”

“Your online account will be activated within twenty four hours. You will be able to see the deposits, and other transactions. We will charge you $25.00 per wire transfer.”

The following day, I tried to verify the transaction online, but my account wasn't activated. Immediately, I telephoned the personal banker, but he was unreachable. Then, I sent him an e-mail. I still didn't hear from him. Both my son's birthday on November 17, 2006, and Thanksgiving Day were around the corner. I also worried about the families. They were expecting their money before Thanksgiving Day. I kept calling and sending him e-mails, but I didn't receive an answer. Seven days later, I returned to the bank.

you know it seems to me that there is a double standard for "disabled" people, they say that there just like everyone else but they want special treatment......which is it? you cant have it both ways, i for one treat "everyone" the same disabled or not!
