The Profession of advocacy is not in demand now whereas it was very needed in the last ten years. An advocate is someone who stands for a cause and who wants justice to be done and human rights to be respected. Advocates are for instance lawyers, humanitarian assistance workers and religious people for example.
Recently there is a film named Bobby which showed the election campaign of Robert Francis Kennedy or RFK. The film Bobby was very emotional especially when Bobby enters the Hotel and makes a long speech. Robert Francis Kennedy was the Attorney General of President John F. Kennedy. There parents lived in London, in the United Kingdom as diplomats. It is very moving to see how Robert Francis Kennedy and his brother John F. Kennedy of Irish origin fought for development in the world. There is Ireland and Northern Ireland which have religious problems between Catholics and protestants. The capital of Ireland is Dublin and the major city of Northern Ireland is Belfast. The Irish emblem is green which is a symbol of fertility and Saint Patrick is the patron which is celebrated on March 17.
The other advocates which are well know are Mahatma Gandhi who wrote Non-Violence. Mahatma Gandhi is from India. This last country decided to organize some countries in a group called the Non-Aligned countries which meet in Bandoueng in Indonesia. Now, with the inclusion of the charter of Human Rights in every constitution each person tends to be his or her own advocate.
Nowadays, the questions to advocate for must be more related to production and money management. Production must take into account environment, transformation and regenerate natural resources. The scientist have been very deceiving especially the economist. It was expected that economists can explain what is free market, liberal market and Marxist economy. This is important because countries have functioned according to economic models and this affects the capacity of saving, working and leisure time which can be productive like arts, music, dance for example.
There are also some other sciences which need to be looked at more carefully like biology and chemistry. Traditional agriculture and modern agriculture have been a field of battle between free market and Marxist economists. It is important to take into account the past and to keep on studying on how to grow nice, good, delicious crops that can feed the mind and the body. Lets be free.
