Economic Recovery and Stimulus Plan

A series of steps to provide economic recovery.

Step one would be to pass legislation to tie executive pay and compensation in all companies and corporations that are publicly traded to the minimum wage. If the common stock holders think that any other compensation is earned they would vote on any such additional bonus or pay package.

Step two would be to invest into a new technology such as hydrogen fuel cells that utilize a "closed loop" system to capture the exhaust output which is water, vapor and mist directing it into a hydrogen/oxygen separator. From the separator the water or (h20) is now hydrogen and oxygen and each is directed into receiving tanks designed for each. This type of device could be used to generate power for both homes and transportation.

If, for example, an electrical motor were developed to go on a variable speed basis and attached through a similar device such as a torque converter through a similar style of transmission and powered by a fuel cell with the larger 24 or 36 volt batteries this would be a most welcomed vehicle.

Step three is the implementation of home solar power generation or hydrogen fuel cell power generation or wind power for electricity needs in homes. If the plan was in effect there would be more power available for our industries to restructure and reorganize for more jobs that would be created by the various related jobs that goes with the production and distribution of the components for these plans.

Step four is the overhaul of all tax laws to make filing much easier than it currently is and far more fair too.

Step five is after all of the above are done, then our congress should enact legislation for two new revenue streams not considered before. The first revenue stream would be a tax on the "hydrogen" used by electrical generation and transportation when consumed. The second revenue stream would be to enact a tax on the power being generated from the home power production that is fed back into the power grid.
