The Financial Environment

The world of finances is backed by big institutions like the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Governments and individuals have to decide about their own budget.

There are countries and individuals who have not allocated well their funds or who did not consume enough to be called wealthy in a good sense. The rich people who are frustrated today are those who did not spend for their own sake but instead were directed to do what others wanted them to do.

After the Second World War the World Bank started rebuilding and helping other countries to recover from the devastation. There have been rumors that the Jews who were deported during the Second World War were rich.

There are also rich people who are persecuted and need to put their funds in other places for example in the Swiss banks that was famous for keeping secrets. If they do not do like this their fortune can be taken away.

The term “secret” has been very mysterious. The term probably means that you should not reveal what the person does with the money.

In fact, the whereabouts of someone can tell you how much the person is making. Of course, if you make money you should consider becoming President of the United States of America so that you can make other people become rich by your good example. Being a leader in your community like Bill Clinton is a good sign as well as owning a ranch like George Bush can be a good sign of financial stability.

This supposes to budget well. In the nineteen sixties many countries got their independence. The new decision makers of the independent countries wanted to get more money from their supporters. Knowing their country better would have helped them. The refusal of cash crops by the independentists showed that they did not want to socialize around a cup of coffee or a cup of tea.

Nowadays, those that did not know what to do with their money are becoming angrier. They prefer their children to study computers instead of psychology for example. Psychology is needed especially in countries where the population growth is very high or very low. In this case you need the language. That is when honesty is very important. You have to pay attention to the tone of the voice to know if the person is angry or not.

As a matter of fact, English is more and more used in all the countries even Vladimir Putin, resigning President of Russia speaks English. Since the fall of the Wall of Berlin, Ronald Reagan and his administration as well as John F. Kennedy two former presidents of the United States of America contributed to make English a universal language.

There is a say in French which translated in English means that it is only what is written that stays. This means that there are countries that seem to have put away their native language but the writings will keep it alive.

There are major books written by Russian writers for example Leon Tolstoi is read by most university graduates. One of the books of Tolstoi is about a swan and this is very evocative of the media world where ink is very important. The feature of the swan used to be a pen. One of the ways of recognizing a pro American person is that he or she uses a pencil. Cheers to the lovers of liberty.
