Distance Learning Rules

The benefits of learning remotely.

Learning remotely is certainly fashionable these days, and rightly so! It offers those who are busy with full time jobs the chance to advance themselves in their own time and in the comfort of their own homes. Many people want to change direction in their lives but do not want to have to shed their mortgages and drop their working lives in order to become full time students, surviving on chicken feed. Distance learning has revolutionised learning!

The whole thing is so well organised and the thought of studying at home may seem awkward but as soon as you start to work out a schedule it is very manageable and satisfying. The level of the work and the depth of the case studies are well pitched and paced neatly, climaxing in assignments every six weeks or thereabouts. If you do get stuck, there are tutors at the end of the phone or available through an online e-mail system and regular forums.

Okay, the idea of assignments may not appeal to everyone but they all match the material taught neatly, and with a little resourceful scanning it is relatively easy to find the pages that demonstrate what you need to answer each broken down question.

For those who are sceptical, partly thinking that these courses were impractical and not recognised, the fact is the standard is top notch and the instruction and support is excellent. You only have to read the course comments of hardened students to realise that studying remotely is a great option for working people who want to move on or change direction in their career.
