Many of us are not aware that a teacher must devote himself as a remarkable leader in his day to day interaction with his students. This is the main reason why students are more deeply motivated toward their various learning activities.
In order for them to be inspired and have total dedication toward learning accomplishments the teacher should realize that it is vital for him that he should know how to manifest some of his leadership traits inside (and even outside) the school.
The leadership traits being exposed by the teacher will be a prerequisite for them to have better attention and dedication toward their learning and some motivational goals.
A teacher, as a leader, must work toward the accomplishment of his goals and that is for the students to merely create outputs or even better outputs.
He should manifest,in the same manner,a better memory as a leader and could realize the importance of knowing how to speak and write fluently using simple but better English language that everybody can well-understand.
He should also knows how to apply multiply audio-visual materials to be used by him in various strategies so as to assist him in his daily teaching activities.
It is so amazing that he must also a good leader if he knows how to organize his students in the formation of groups.
Groupings, could somehow, make his teaching strategies easier to obtain or attain. It is also mean that there is a respective leader peculiar to the group itself who was being voted by the members themselves or being appointed by the teacher himself as he noticed some leadership potentials of a particular individual.
Consistent enthusiasm will be developed among students if their group leaders know how to coordinate them well and know how to follow the teacher's directions or instructions to complete the various tasks or strategies in daily activities
It is quite interesting to note that a teacher as a leader must be approachable enough and never underestimate the capability of every leader and member of the group.
He should also willing to understand the different strengths and weaknesses of every student and should try his very best to improve individual capabilities and make some remedies to totally eliminate,if not,lessen the undesirable traits of every individual.
Close interaction among members of the group and the group themselves will be a remedial measure to assist the members of every group to develop among themselves not only the knowledge and application of what they have learned but also the values that they simply inculcated to themselves individually out of their group.
Th values such as unity and cooperation,resourcefulness,interdependence,concern for others,love of learning and virtues and discipline toward certain goals and time management will be inculcated among themselves individually unknowingly.
As a consequence,leadership potentialities and total personality might also be developed among them which will make the education as qualitative as possible.
These can be worth doing if the teacher has a lot leadership traits that can be exposed in his daily interaction among them .
