These are three popular universities in Turkey that give a very qualified education.

University education in Turkey is one of the major problems.Taking university education doesn't mean a good career opportunity for students.In Turkey, there are a lot of people taking good education but many of them become a potential unemployed after graduation.

In Turkey , finding a good job is only possible if someone graduates from a popular university. The popularity of university is based on the quality of education.After reading this article,you know three popular universities of Turkey.

Middle East Technical University

Middle East Technical University is mainly known as METU or ODTU. METU is a world class university especially in engineering departments and institute of sciences.Physics and Mechanical Engineering departments of METU are popular worldwide.

Advantages of Being a METU Student

METU gives qualified education in engineering and natural sciences.In industry,METU students are mostly preferred.
METU has a main campus outside Ankara.It is actually situated about 20 km from central Ankara.
The education language of METU is English.
METU has the largest library of Turkey in university base.There are more than 350000 books in METU library.There are also 1300 doctoral dissertations and 11600 master theses.
METU is a public university.
METU has an Olympic-size swimming pool.
METU has a computer center
There are many laboratories in each department.
The seasonal fees are relatively low.

Bosphorus University

Bosphorus university was founded in 1971 on the campus of Robert College.Bosphorus University is located on European side of Istanbul. Bosphorus University is popular in social sciences,engineering and natural sciences. There are two campus of university,which are known as South Campus and North Campus.

Advantages of being a Bosphorus University student:

Bosphorus University gives qualified education in engineering and social sciences.
The education language of Bosphorus University is English.
Bosphorus University has a large library.
Bosphorus University is a public university.
Bosphorus University has a computer center.

Bilkent University

Bilkent University is the first private university of Turkey.Bilkent was founded in Ankara in 1984. Bilkent became a pioneer in opening private universities in Turkey.Bilkent University is the highest ranked university of Turkey and also is one of the most famous universities of all the world.In Bilkent University,there are 9 faculties and more than 30 departments.They accept both undergraduate and graduate students for the programs.Bilkent is especially popular with Computer Engineering,Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering departments.University provides scholarships to successful students for their research.

Sevgili Emin, bak bakalim dunyadaki en iyi ilk 500 okul arasinda (2007), ITU veya Hacettepemi var yoksa Bilkent mi var, ayrica sosyal bilimler alaninda istersen bir siralamalara bak (economics, political science, IR ve digerleri) Hacettepe nin adi geciyormu, ama tip alaninda arastirma konusunda birsey diyemem Hacettepe bildigim kadariyla en iyi ama simdilik :) Bilkent daha tip fakultesini acmadi....

Ben bir cok yabanci okul gordum. Sunu size acikca soyleyebilirimki Turk universiteleri super. Dunyadaki bir cok ulkede universiteler bizim liseler kadar. Adamlarin dogru durust kampusleri bile yok. Inilizce egitimden bi haberler. Ozbekistan\'in Turkiye\'ye yetismesi icin 70 yil gerek. Onun icin diplomalari taniyamamasi normal..

ozbekistan'in turk universitelerini tanimamasi normal, bi benzeri bir azerbaycan'li arkadasin basina gelmisti: bogazici bilgisayar ve matematigi ilke ucte cift anadal ile bitirip, princeton'da doktora yapmisti ve azerbaycan princeton'i tanimamisti :). Oluyor yani, adamlarin idraklari bu kadar zorlamamak lazim. Bu arada ozbekistan'in tr'ye yetismesi icin 70 yil gerek denmis, bence en az 150 lazim...

simdi tr'deki universitelere gelince, itu, hacettepe ve bilkent kiyaslanmis. Bilkent su anda turkiye'deki en iyi universitedir. Bilkent'teki paralilar yuzunden bu deniyorsa, sunu gozonunde bulundurmak gerekir ki bir cogu oldukca basarilidir, ilk 1000'de, 5000'de olup parali giren coktur bilkent'e, ve yine elektronik gibi zor bolumleri bile 1. 2. bitiren bir cok parali gorulmustur bilkent tarihinde. Yok hayir burslularinda bile is yok derseniz, yurt disina cikip hoca olmus kac tane bogazici, odtu mezunu var bir de kac tane bilkent mezunu var; yurtdisina kac tane master doktora ogrencisi yollayabiliyor bu uniler bir bakin ve kiyaslamayi gorun bakalim.

Zamaninda okulda/oss'de/olimpiyatlarda iyi yapamayip, tr'deki top universitelere giremeyip; sonra da bunlari yapip o en iyi universiteleri dereceyle bitiren ve o universitelerin en iyi olmalarini saglayan kisilere haksizlik etmeyin. Atip tutmak kolay, gercekler ve hayat bos laflarla olmuyor...

konu sonlara dogru biraz dagilmis olabilir, nitekim basladigimda bu kadar yazmaya niteyim yoktu, neyse artik umarim yararli olmustur.

Ben Bilkent'in Turkiye'nin en iyi universitesi olduguna kesinlikle katilmiyorum. Bazi ogrencilerinin cok basarili olmasina ragmen genel olarak ogrencilerin seviyesi cok dusuk. Bir universitenin iyi olmasinda bakilan cesitli sartlar var. Ne kadar bilimsel yayin yapildigi, ogrenci basina kac hoca dustugu gibi.. Bilkent'in bu tur konularda iyi olmasi dogal cunku parayi bastirip hocayi aliyorlar. Alirken de su kadar yayin yapacaksin diye sart kosuyorlar.
Ben de su an Amerika'nin en iyi universitelerinden birinde master yapiyorum ve burda ciddi sayida ODTU, Bogazici mezunu varken sadece bir tane Bilkentli gordum ki o da burslu okumus. Senin gittigin bolumde cok Bilkentli olabilir. Bu her yerde ayni olmak zorunda degil. Tam tersine benim bildigim ODTU yurtdisina ogrenci gonderme konusunda cok basarili. Kaynak veremiycem ama duydugum seyi soyluyorum. Amerika'da doktora yapan yabanci ogrencilerin geldikleri universitelere bakmislar. ODTU butun universiteler arasinda onuncu. Bilkent'in bunu gectigini sanmiyorum.
Aman neyse biz birbirimizi yiyim duralim. Kimse sallamiyo zaten..
