There are times to think about cultural identity and work. This is how the question of social integrations and ethnicity can be looked at. Cultural identity refers to the culture which is the language, the customs and the history on one had and on the other hand it is a problem of genetics and law.
There are population which work by casts like the Indian population. The population who have casts tend to specialize in a field of work. For instance Indira Ganhdi was from the Brahman ethnic group which ruled India. Indira Gandhi is the daughter of the Pandit Nehru who led India to Independence. India is one of the most populated countries of the world. The capital of India is New Delhi. There are other towns of India which are very well known like Bombay, Goa and Calcutta. India used to be called Imperial India when Queen Victoria was the Empress of India. Queen Victoria had many children.
The other population that function on the model of casts are from West Africa and East Africa. The wolof or peulh population of Senegal constitutes the majority and the language spoken is wolof. The peulh population are nomades that are found in all West Africa. The peulh have problems coping with the desert and there are films of Sembene Ousmane from Senegal. Most of the houses in West Africa are made out of mud. Switzerland is another example of population which is very ethnicized with the distinction of towns like Bern, Geneva and Lugano. Bern is german speaking, Geneva is French speaking and Lugano is Italian speaking. Switzerland is known for its banks, pharmacies and international organizations.

Belgium is another example of social differenciation based on linguistic. The northern part of Belgium is Flemish, the southern part is French and the Eastern part is German speaking. There are conflicts in Belgium between Flemish and French speaking. The other populations that speak Flemish in the world are Dutch from the Netherland and Africans from South Africa. With French you are guaranteed to have a career in diplomacy. I have learned that there is competition to become a diplomate.
