There is nothing wrong with this idea. Superior races did not just spring out from the ground or grow overnight. They have become what they are because of years of endless effort and sheer hard work. Being superior is not an overstatement. It is the identification that races and/or individuals have manifested qualities of greater excellence. However, superiority is not the premise of inferiority. When one race is not superior, it does not automatically become inferior. These words are extremes, basically, exact opposites; but there will always be something in between. Draw two parallel lines, one for superior and the other for inferior; the space in between them will always be filled with races that are neither of the two. Superior races should not look down on other races as inferior.
The concept of superiority becomes an issue when these races become so consumed with the perception of that superiority that they tend to abuse it. They become overwhelmed with what they have that humility dwindles, greed takes over, arrogance grows. Their identity has blinded them and has given birth to discrimination and violation of human rights. It has become a superiority complex; and this is where superiority gains fame - in its negative consequence. If a negative exists, then so does a positive. However idealistic it may sound, there are races who, rather than exploit and own their superiority, share it. It is only through this process that actual progress and development happens. Rather than looking down on them, superior races should make an effort on lifting them up. Only then will everyone be living in harmony with everyone else.
