How They Breathe Flame
Dragons could breath flame by there teeth evolving into holding flammable poison. If you look at a picture of a dragon, they have a very big top tooth and a very square jaw/chin. This is where they would have a pouch for flint. They would rattle them together to make a flame, breath out and the poison would catch fire and look like it is breathing fire.
How They Live
Dragons would live in different areas depending on what they look like or what kind of eggs they lay.
For instance, The frost dragon would live somewhere extremely cold like NE of North America. The Asian lung (or draco orientalis) would live in Europe around England.
Knuckers would live in the forest and underground.
