Many people believe that life's major events stem from predictions found in the Holy Bible or even Moby Dick. The Great Flood, an Apocalypse, assassinations, and aliens are just a few of the topics and conspiracy theories thought to be prevalent throughout these publications.
Michael Drosnin, an American journalist and author, is taking these ideas and exploring further.
In 1997, Drosnin published the "Bible Code", in which he explains that the Bible can predict the future and can change when our actions change. He uses computer technology to break the code and find patterns in certain letters used throughout certain passages.
The code he has devised has been able to breakdown the predictions of natural disasters and the apocalypse which is said to occur between 1998 and 2006, which it hasn't.
His works are highly controversial and refuted constantly. When he started breaking these codes into what he called "crossword puzzles", the predictions became more believable in the eyes of his critics.
One of Drosnin's most interesting codes was the connection between "Hitler" and "Nazi" found in the book "War and Peace". He proceeded to translate and code the first 167,000 characters into a crossword puzzle. By the time he went through the first 750, he found dozens of connections and linkages to Hitler and Nazi.

Drosnin typically worked with Hebrew characters however, the code can easily be demonstrated in English as well.
In one instance, he used a verse from the King James Version of the Book of Genesis:
"31:28 And hast not suffered me to kiss my sons and my daughters? thou hast now done foolishly in so doing."
By starting with the R in "daughters", he counted every three letters and circled them, revealing the word "Roswell".

In the same passage, he detected the code for UFO.

Roswell, is of course, subject for many alien sightings and happenings pertaining to extraterrestrials.
Drosnin continued his coding with Martian Ratios and the connection between the U.S. Capitol rotunda. His theory is that it may have been constructed by Aliens. This, of course, is just a theory.

The assassination of President Kennedy was heard and felt through out the world. Drosnin believes he may have found a connection with this event as well.
"He found the word "Dallas" (connected with keywords "President Kennedy") in one of his puzzles." As with any of his codes, he started at a certain point, which was the letter "D".
He moved one space over to the right and down several times to come up with the word "Dallas"

I would think if there was a certain pattern found in the Bible or any other publication, it would follow the same spacing of characters in every instance. This is not the case with Drosnin.
He is using computer machinery that no one else is familiar with to assist him in decoding these puzzles.
Does he know something we don't?
It makes you think, that's for sure.
