Theseus and the Minotaur

Theseus meets the bull headed beast.

Athens was a city ruled by a King named Minos. The story started with Poseidon giving the king a bull. The king's wife who was named Pasiphae, fell in love with the bull and married him, they had a kid who was the Minotaur. When King Minos found out about the Minotaur he trapped him in a maze called a labyrinth.

The king had rule over most of the Mediterranean Sea. Later on his son, Androgeus was killed by Athenians. He forced them to give a tribute of 7 men and 7 women for the Minotaur. Theseus was the son of the Athenian Ling he volunteered to go to Crete to kill the Minotaur and get the people back out of the maze. When he got there he found his way though the maze and freed the people from the Minotaur. The Minotaur was killed and the people were saved.
