Using cloning technology to create new bodies and organs coupled with greater knowledge of medical science should enable us to extend the lifespan of humans.
Superhuman Powers
Using computer and microchip technology implanted into our brains and bodies humans would be able to learn extremely fast and be much stronger. (imagine matrix mixed with Robocop)
The Cube Chip
Development of the microchip will inevitably lead to the cube chip thus exponentially increasing the processing power of computers.
The Ion Drive
Computer hard drives store thousands of pieces of information in magnetic strips on the hard disk, this technology could be reduced so information was stored on single positively or negatively charged ion shrinking the size of hard disks incredibly.
Robotics
Robotics will be integrated into most every day objects, we already have voice activated lights and TV's its possible in the future all the household appliances will not only be able to talk to us but communicate with each other.
Moving on Up
We will all be living in increasingly taller buildings, advances in construction technology and increases in house prices and land scarcity will force us to build up.
The Loss of Money
There will be no paper and coin money in the future, everything will be done electronically, you may even just be able to walk in a shop and walk out with what you want and everything will be scanned automatically and money transferred.
Virtual reality
Computer games and simulators will be used instead of control pads the Nintendo wii is a pioneer in the tech.
Moon Tourists
Increased knowledge of space and space travel will have people inhabiting the moon and maybe even mars.
Globalization
The world will be run by one multinational government , either that or we will all be killed by nuclear warfare.
