NO MORE CITIES
Live in city is really bad for you health, Laui. Everyone move out, go to country, start you own smallholding. Obviously some people would stay behind, grow veg in them back garden, but majority people, all them people living in tower block and little flat, them should all go to country and live on farm. Simple; society problems all solve overnight. Food come from you own garden and trade with neighbours, electricity come from solar panel. People in country already get running water, Laui, otherwise them would be living in the city where you are now.
Cities are smelly and ugly and full of crime; they are loud and give people stress, make people miserable. Countryside is peaceful and relax, better air and less unhappy people, less mugger and con man. All Laui go to countryside, and let city die; one day, you will be able to visit overgrown ruins of city with you grandchildren and tell them what it was like. You grandchildren will not believe you, but them will play and run about on the overgrown sidewalks and deserted buildings. Sifu think that would be nice.
NO MORE CRIME
If everyone leave city, most of crime disappear and policeman can go back to be village constable or town sheriff, live on him smallholding like everybody else and only get involved when people need him help. Disenfranchised youth mostly live in city Laui; take them to countryside, away from grim streets and gang-land culture, and them will soon forget about hip-hop and drugs. Them will get into hiking and looking after animals, digging garden and peeling spuds; them will have to, because that will be how people live. People will all live like retired couple, grow organic veg, watch TV, pursue hobbies. Do away with city will do away with crime; if everyone live as Sifu say, everyone always got enough to live and everyone always busy enough without be rush around. No one ever unemployed, because everyone is run him own smallholding or work on family farm. It sound dull maybe, until you consider that everyone still have cars and music system, internet and car; you can still do all the things you like, you just swap busy career for peaceful gardening and exchange horrible cityscape for nice green fields. Crime is cause by poverty and boredom; no man is either who has him own land to grow him own food.
NO MORE POLICE
Village constable keep order; maybe neighbours still fight, can't forget bad city habits. Well, then local policeman, sheriff or something, local elect by all people in area, him come down and talk dispute through. If people all live apart, only deliberate troublemaker keep upsetting him neighbours; deliberate troublemaker not find help or co-operation from him neighbours, have things explain to him by constable, soon mend him ways. Obviously society still need prisons for persistent criminal, but them can be nice prison, comfy place run by volunteers, where prisoners grow them own veg and enjoy watching TV. Violent people locked up only for protection of society and left to grow them own food. Pressure of modern city life stress people out and make them anti-social; put people in countryside with land to till and TV to watch, pretty much everyone calm down.
NO MORE NEIGHBOURS FROM HELL
Live in earshot of you neighbours is make you hate them and them hate you; all people should live out of earshot, with garden, hedge and trees between every house. We don't need live in each other pocket no more, Laui; we got telephone and car, internet and TV, all things we not have when human being start living in city. It time to stop living in city; instead, keep in touch with all our amazing communication technology and use all that free time and space for relax and be happy. Only way to love you neighbour is to live at least half a mile away from him; that way it special occasion when him come to call, and you only bother him when you got a decent reason.
NO MORE RELIGION
If you want believe in God that you own business. If you maybe priest and you want run church, that fine, you carry on; just be sure and grow you own vegetable, keep animals in you churchyard and put solar panel on church roof. Faithful people still come visit church or mosque or whatever, other people set up group of friends and worship at home, that all fine, just carry on. Local church, local believers, no political power whatsoever; world not going to hell in hand basket anymore, good times are here, so praise you God and be happy. No Puritans though; them were bad news all around and we don't want repeat of "The Crucible" in some little town somewhere. There is nothing moral in being unhappy, Laui; no Puritans and no extremists will be allow in Sifu's happy world.
