The Cornerstones Of Humanity's Unlimited Potential

The future of humanity rests solely upon our awareness of how to make our unlimited potential a reality. The realization of idealistic approaches health, management, education, environment, and community may not be as far off as you think.

In my opinion, there are several progressive steps humanity must take in order to make any vision for humanity and the future become a reality:

First, we must conquer five major problems in the world today that limit humanity’s unlimited potential: Deficiencies in the areas of Health, Environment, Education, Management, and Community. Each of these areas is interconnected in a way that directly impacts our future. I envision, for the future of humanity, a journey that will lead to ultimate health, which in my point of view, is the foundation for human advancement. Basically, it comes down to this: the healthier we are, the smarter we are, thus the more manageable we become.

Health, without question, is at the very core of our needs as human beings. Our unlimited potential directly depends upon the level of health we exert on a daily basis. We cannot expect to perform at a very high level if our own bodies are not performing optimally. We cannot perform well if we’re tired, stressed, or nutrient-deficient. Our ability to perform well and learn solely depends upon the state of readiness of our own bodies. There is a phenomenal difference between simply treating a disease as opposed to actually curing one. If we don’t know the cause of a disease, how can we expect to cure it? That question exposes the current limitations in health science currently practiced by modern health care systems in America and other parts of the world as well. My personal observations concerning the health care system, Food and Drug Administration, Farming Industries, Food Industries, and so on, have led me to believe several things: We are not as advanced as we should be about human physiology. There is a clear connection between health and longevity, which many people already understand. However the problem as a whole is we don’t understand as much about human health as we believe we do. Some of us believe we know enough, a great majority of us believe that conventional health approaches to improving the overall health of America are sufficient enough, and there are still a few of us who don’t care about the nature of our own health. Only a very small percentage of people are starting to realize the shortcomings of conventional medicine and have placed their faith in Alternative Health and Holistic Medicine practices. Typically, a person when faced with a certain ailment or bodily malfunction will seek medical help of some form from their doctor who will in turn evaluate and diagnose the ailment as some kind of disease and will even go as far as to prescribe treatments in the form of pills, liquid medicines, surgery and such. In many cases, the patient may not have the slightest clue to what actually caused the ailment, and they may not even know what the so-called medicines they take are actually doing to them internally. If a patient has a personal doctor, this person may be someone that they believe is trustworthy, but what if that doctor misdiagnoses the ailment and prescribes the wrong treatment? What if the actual medicines that were prescribed to the individual patient cause unknown side effects or worst-case scenario actually worsens the patient’s condition or causes death?

I personally don’t trust the current conventional health care practices that are taking place in America. I don’t believe enough is being done to improve the overall health of America either. I mean fundamentally, everyone knows that nutrition is a key element of health along with exercise in addition to the health of the environment also, i.e. the quality of air, water and soil. If the quality of the soil is significantly degraded, how can we trust the very foods we eat, especially if they are ridden with herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides? What kinds of allergic reactions will our bodies show if we continually consume allergens that are foreign to our bodies’ needs? If the nutrition quality of the foods we eat is drastically lower than normal, how do we know whether or not we’re actually healthy? How do we know if that apple that we just ate isn’t doing more harm than good?

If any Health Practitioner did an honest quality assessment of our food and farming industries, they would find several questionable things wrong with the current food production practices taking place right here in America. Our chemical-based farming methods are destroying the soil and the natural microorganisms that help maintain the balance of nature without ever giving thought to the idea that these destructive practices could eventually cause widespread famines worldwide not to mention the fatal and irreversible effects of genetic engineering on the entire ecosystem. Meanwhile, the health of chickens, cows, pigs, (all different kinds of animals normally used for meat in America) is at an all time low. Many farms raise their animals in adverse environments, feed their animals foods that aren’t healthy (some are known to have fed animals foods that are diseased-ridden), and inject them with steroids or antibiotics, which clearly isn’t healthy at all for animals. These animals are killed, cut in portions, and sold to meat factories. Next thing you know, Mom comes home with groceries and “chicken” is for dinner. We currently live in a world where food is very easy to obtain. For many of us it is either the grocery store, fast-food restaurants, and on occasion we may actually go to a quality restaurant to eat. The problem is the grocery store has too many processed foods with clearly degraded nutrition quality. Fast food restaurants are, in summation, a heart attack just waiting to happen, and even that quality restaurant may obtain their meat from unreliable sources and they may not even know it themselves. When it comes to the food and health industries, it has just gotten to a point where even what you think is healthy or safe may not be healthy at all.
