What I mean is that technology is improving very fast, and soon people will use things that we haven't even dreamed of. For example, for breakfast you could just order it at a computer and it will be brought to you at your bed. Another example is that nowadays, when you go shopping, you have to drive to the supermarket and buy the things you need. But in the future, you could just order things and they would be delivered to your house. That way, people will be moving less and less, and soon wouldn't be able to do things themselves.
If human kind becomes too reliable on technology, we would be in real trouble. That is because hackers could mess up more than they can nowadays, since much more technology would be used in the future. Another thing is that if there is a black out, and there is no electricity, much more than nowadays would be at stake. What I mean is that without electricity, you could do nothing. For example if you have electric doors and windows, you wouldn't be able to exit your house.
Even if they say that the technology is very safe, viruses could erase any information. That way the police could lose records of crimes that someone did, and they would have no proof against that person. Therefore it is better for a person to move around and do things manually, than just sit in a chair and press some buttons. Not only would people become lazy, they could also get sick easier and die at an earlier age.
Nowadays, the challenges of physical fitness are not only depending on what the person does, but also what the person eats. Because of fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, or Burger King, many people are beginning to gain weight. Before, if you wanted to go eat, you had to go to different places depending from where you live, but nowadays there are fast food stands at every corner.
Instead of eating fatty foods, it is better to eat healthy foods. That way you wouldn't have to go to the doctor as much. It also depends on where you live, since there are different diets in different countries. We are lucky because we live in Italy, where there is the Mediterranean diet. Another healthy diet is the Japanese diet, since it consists of very healthy foods. Some of the longest living people on earth come from Japan, so I think that the Japanese diet is healthy too.
Another challenge of staying physically fit is going outside and doing outdoor activities. My father always tells me to go outside and not play computer games. He thinks that it is more fun to go outside and do sports than play games and surf the net. I don't think so, but I still like to go outside and play basketball, soccer, and do archery. Even when I'm indoors I play volleyball with my sister.
My plan to stay physically fit is to eat healthier food. Although I have been eating healthy foods until now, I will eat more fruits from now on. I will also do more sports at school as well as at home. Before, I used to do nothing special at lunch in school, but nowadays I play soccer with the 6th graders.
