Microchips are in almost everything nowadays, and are even embedded in newer cars. The chips in your car can track your trips and even immobilize your engine from a satellite. As a student I have noticed that as time goes on more and more cameras are being placed in schools, some even in the bathrooms. These cameras are basically to stop kids from being kids. There are cameras everywhere in parking lots, malls, basically anywhere you shop. About the only place that's not being monitored is your house, and who knows how long that will last. No one has much privacy anymore. One day the word privacy may not even exist anymore.
There is a professor by the name of Kevin Warwick. He has been used to promote the Human microchip. He was implanted with a chip and can control electronic devices at a distance, such as an artificial arm and an electronic wheelchair. Warwick and his wife Irena are implanted with another chip that's connected directly to their nervous systems to batteries and radio transmitters. These chips are implanted in their arms and they could suffer physical damage.

Many people are worried about these Human microchips, and how they can track you everywhere. However since this new chips can be connected directly to the nervous system they may be able to control our thoughts and emotions. This means that if we are stupid enough to implant these chips into ourselves they could control our whole body. If you were implanted with one of these microchips you could be tracked anywhere. Your thoughts could be monitored by supercomputers and then altered if they need be. They could put thoughts in our mind, and basically make us the perfect slaves. Also if these chips were unencrypted it would be really easy for hackers to go in and control you or harm you as well. Some such chips are already being tested in prisoners, mental patients, soldiers, handicapped people, homosexuals, single women and many others.
One day everybody in the world might be chipped. They could implant chips in our babies at birth. Throughout their whole life their thoughts would be monitored, and if they weren't right they could simply be changed. We would be living in a world where our reality could be changed into anything they want us to believe. So if you are ever offered a human microchip no matter how good the benefits sound, I'd advise you to not get chipped and become a mindless slave.
