Firstly I' am going to talk to you about loyalty. Over century's people have ruled like the king and queen. They make decisions and laws that no one can argue to. Sometimes people liked their decisions but sometimes they didn't. People like the upper class the rich and noble wanted to give the king or queen advice. The lower class the Knights and merchants also wanted to give advice to the king or queen. The queen decided to listen to they advice.

When they decide for a new law the Law lords and commoners get together to debate. If both groups say yes it goes to the queen to get signed to get active.
