They is a need for laws and people to be in charge of decisions. Over centuries societies and laws have been introduced.

Firstly I' am going to talk to you about loyalty. Over century's people have ruled like the king and queen. They make decisions and laws that no one can argue to. Sometimes people liked their decisions but sometimes they didn't. People like the upper class the rich and noble wanted to give the king or queen advice. The lower class the Knights and merchants also wanted to give advice to the king or queen. The queen decided to listen to they advice.
Structures:
Secondly I' am going to talk to you about Structures. The two groups that got together to give advice to the queen because two important groups. The upper class was called the law lords and the lower class was called the commoners. 1689 very prompt for England was the bill of rights.
When they decide for a new law the Law lords and commoners get together to debate. If both groups say yes it goes to the queen to get signed to get active. They build the governed Westminster where both groups debate. We also have Federal the commoners are called house of repre and the law lords are the senate.
