The Socialist States of America?

American citizens need to learn thier rights and discover the laws of the land...literally. Do you really own your land or are you simply "paying rent" on it?

The American dream is to own land and a home of your own. That’s simply a natural desire in life, to provide as well as possible for yourself and your family. But do you really own your land free and clear? Chances are, you don’t. Most of us don’t because we are not told the whole truth about land ownership. Just holding a deed to the land does not make it totally yours and that is why the Government can take it away from you on the slightest whim.

The Alloidal Title is the one held by the United States Government, and this is the “true” title to your land. If someone decides that your land would be perfect for a hotel or casino or whatever, and the state believes it will make more tax money from that venture than it is making from you, you lose. You will be evicted from your own land, your house torn down, and the take-over completed. This is how the American land ownership laws work.

It makes me think of the former Soviet Union. In a Socialist society the individual owns nothing, and must share everything with the state. As you well know, considering what happened over in Russia, this type of Government just does not work in the long term. Well over a hundred years ago, plans were already being made to turn the United States of America into a Communistic society. This land ownership law is a part of that plan.

99% of Americans do not hold the highest form of Title on their land and homes, which they believe they own free and clear. But you are paying taxes on that property. The reason you pay taxes is that you don’t really own it after all. It’s a lot like paying rent to live on someone else’s land. What you consider your property title is actually what is known vaguely as, “the Color of Title”, meaning that which in appearance is title, but actually is not.

A true title means that you own the land free and clear, and do not have to continue paying tax on it. It is yours, and you are obligated to no-one. You owe nothing further on that land because it is yours. Without the True Title, your home is not really your property after all, and the citizens of the United States need to realize that so they can stand up and start fighting for their lands, homes and property.

Do not allow your country to become another Soviet Union, one tiny piece at a time. We at least used to be a free country and can be again, if we only learn about our rights. I for one, am going to look up Alloidal Titles on the internet and see what information I can find. I recommend that everyone do the same. We are American citizens and we deserve to own the land we have purchased and paid taxes on for so long. Don’t let the government take it all away from you just because they can. Give them a fight for it instead. Know your rights.

I want to post a correction to this article. The word, "alloidal" in the last paragraph should actually be spelled, "allodial". I apologize for this error and hope that it in no way detracts from your reading enjoyment.
