Washing hands before eating can increase the stability of your immune system by not getting sick as often by nuisances such as the common colds.
  5. Having the proper the sleep is also crucial because it would help your body be ready for the next day. Without the adequate amount of sleep (around 7-9 hours), people will feel fatigued and tired because their immune system is deteriorating and they would gain weight because your body creates weight control hormones while it is sleeping which is deprived resulting in weight gain.
