The study aims to assess the operation of the company in terms of management function, its marketing strategies and on dealing with potential and significant business problem. The following are the problems of the research which serves as our topic and our main focus of attention. (Organizational Management; Services and Core Menu concept; Personnel), Problems Encountered, and the Proposed Measures to improved the operation of the business.
The data used in this research was derived from interviews, the manager and some employees and staffs. Also the use of observation method and using reference materials to guide the concepts of this research.
It is recommended that the management should accept catering services so that more people would benefit from their cuisine.
It can be inferred that when it comes to restaurant management, the managers including the assistant manager has a good performance, although the fact that they were not a business course graduate.
