Writing Helps Cancer Patients

Today, I found out about something that was very interesting to read in the news. It is said that writing about experience dealing with cancer may help cancer patients. I have heard that listening to music and laughing could help, but writing is kind of new to me. According to researchers, writing helps cancer patients change the way that they fill about their disease.

I suppose writing can help a cancer patient. I know a cancer patient that has died, and she left a lot of great and powerful writing behind. Writing may have helped her last as long as she did and believing in God with faith and prayer.

When I am writing, it is something that helps me to forget my troubles in life. If I write about my troubles, it helps me to solve problems. Sometimes when I go back and read some of the things that I have written, I can not believe that I wrote it. Writing can help you to come in contact with your deepest thoughts and feelings. Writing helps me to be a stronger person. So I can imagine that writing can help cancer patients.

I do not have cancer, and I do not know exactly how writing can help change the way cancer feels about their disease. It may have helped some cancer patients bring out some of their new outlooks on life. Writing may have helped them to see what they did not take time to notice in life. Maybe writing about their experience helped them to notice more what they do see and it is changing them. It is possible that writing can help in many ways. If it is helping them mentally, physically they may become better.

Thank you for an interesting article. I'm sure writting about any illness or depression can help you get your feelings out in the open and just let off steam. I think you will feel better in most situations to vent and get some of your feelings off your chest. It's something to think about.

People with diseases can be of any backgrounds and having various interest. So I think that is why there are so many ways that may not cure it totally but will help reduce the pain. Concluding to one point: happy times and means of getting off from thinking about the disease.
It seems like a normal and typical thing, but it can do wonders -writing always have. Have a nice day! and thanks for the post :D
