Chinese people celebrate the moon festival.
During Chinese New Year married couples
give red envelopes/lucky money to kids, singles and parents.
On this day, people wear
red clothes because in the Chinese culture red symbolizes happiness.
On the 15th day
after Chinese New Year people celebrate the lantern festival which also marks the end of
the new year celebration.
