Lost Parts of the Earth

Have you ever wondered what the Earth looked like before? Why don't you read about the Earth before prehistory?

Lost parts of the Earth have been a great mystery to understand. Did they exist? Where have they gone? Will we ever know? Many questions have been asked about these “lost lands,” many of these questions have been answered by theories that may be true or not. Lost lands may still be left, but what mysteries are left to help us find them?

One of the best known “lost land” has to be Atlantis. So many stories have been told about Atlantis and makes Atlantis seem like an interesting place you want to known about. Atlantis is said to be a myth from the Greek Philosopher, Plato. Even though Atlantis was seen as a myth, the possibility of Atlantis existing actively grew. The wonders and mysteries of Atlantis had lived to today where Atlantis had inspired today's literature.

Mu is another lost land. A continent said to have sunk beneath the sea with theories of remains from the continent near Yonaguni, Japan. The ruins of Mu have been archaeological evidence that Mu did in fact existed.

Lemuria also a lost land was named “Lemuria” because it was the other place lemurs were found in besides Madagascar. Lumeria and Mu are claimed to be infested with dinosaur-like creatures. Like Mu, not much remains to be known about these continents.

Lost parts of the Earth have been recovered, but will never be used. The view of the Earth before prehistory must have been fascinating with three more continents. Another question: Wouldn't it be great to see ten continents on the Earth's surface?
