While it may be bad for us, as a race, it is helping out our earth. People can't afford big cars anymore. People are going to be more careful about wasting money, food and fuel. People are saving their fuel by buying small cars. There aren't nearly as many SUVs like a couple years ago. The less gas guzzlers, the less we pollute. What's more is that automakers are increasing their standards for miles per gallon. This crisis is helping out everyone. It helped us realize that we need stop wasting what's left.
