Thinking of joining the National Guard but i was also thinking of joining all the military services since i came to the USA.... don't know why? I think it's in my blood somewhere. My grandfather was in the IRA. NO not the terrorist IRA, the IRA that made Ireland and declared a republic in the 1930's and yes i am from the south and no the terrorist IRA are in the north and are from the north. did you know that the colours (no I'm not French or Canadian!) of the Irish flag represent Catholics and protestants united. Green for catholic, white for truce and gold (orange) for Protestants. Well the government hope's that always. But really it is all political and over who owns what.
Anyways i think really that ill end up being correctional officer but I have to do all that GED crack (no not cocaine) crack like Irish crack and not like any other crack where sun don't shine! I feel that it will be a task for me in new country and ill always be seen as new and also a MICK (thank bob at wall mart!) trying to get along with people who don't really understand me or my culture. At least my wife understands me.
No matter what I join ill have to end up doing the GED although i have got results from one of the best educated countries in the world. I think people figure were a third world country hmmm we are now 2nd richest country the world according to economist figures.
Wherever i go i want to make the best for family whether is serving the community, serving the country, working for a corporation, or an eBay millionaire! From potatoes to gold (it's the same thing I guess but one of them you can eat!).
