Nationalism is a patriotic feeling

Nationalism is basically a consciousness in which people believe their most important sense of duty.

Nationalism is a state of intellect. Nationalism implies a situation in which popular awareness of, and some degree of popular participation in, politics prevail. It is an emotion for them to identify themselves as belonging to a nation, that is, a large group of people who have something in common.

Nationalism develops among people who usually share a common language and history. All through olden times, men and women have been emotionally involved to their inhabitant soil, family, tradition, culture, history, and territory. The veneration individual’s feel for their roots is often expressed as forms or intense faithfulness and pleasure. Subsequently, the affects of intense nationalism have been both good and bad and have often been responsible for dominating the course of human history. Nationalism is linked to the concept of nation, which is in terms of common origin, ethnicity, or cultural ties.
